Essential Travel

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the due date of parking, with a £9.50 cancellation charge.

Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the due date of parking will be charged at the full cost.

The cancellation fee of £9.50 can be waived for the cost of £0.99 with the ‘cancellation waiver’.

SuperSaver, Advance Purchase or Non-flexible products can not be cancelled.

Amendments can only be made up to 48 hours before due date of parking.

SuperSaver, Advance Purchase or Non-flexible products can not be amended.

No refund is made for cancellation of car park bookings within 48 hours of the due date of parking or afterwards.

If the ‘cancellation waiver’ is paid (£0.99) then a full refund will be provided if cancelled within correct time frame (over 48 hours before the due date of travel). Otherwise, a cancellation fee of £9.50 will be charged.

A cancellation fee of £7.50 is charged if more than 24 hours notice given.

Bookings cancelled without 24 hours notice will not be refunded.

£10.00 cancellation fee, per reservation at Luton Central Car Storage outside of seven days notice period.

£7.50 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of three days of first parking date.
Bookings cancelled within three days of first parking date will be charged at the full cost.

No charge outside three days of first parking date but additional cost of parking will be charged.

£7.50 fee or 50% of cost of parking (whichever is the least cost) for changes made within three days of first parking date.

Refund available if cancelled up to three days of the first parking date minus the £7.50 cancellation fee.

Amendments can be made in advance of 24 hours of the planned arrivals date.

Full refund made if notice is given more than 24 hours of the planned arrivals date with the exception of Budget Parking, Manchester, where a £7.50 administration fee will be charged.

Skyparksecure Car Parks

No credit card transaction fee, but all bookings are subject to a booking fee of £1.95.

No debit card transaction fee, but all bookings are subject to a booking fee of £1.95.

If cancelled over the relevant notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a £10.00 charge.

Cancellation Insurance available at £0.99. 

SuperSaver, Advance Purchase or Non-flexible products can not be cancelled.

Any amendments made to a booking will be subject to amendment charge of £5.00.

Edinburgh Flying Scot - Less than 14 days notice – no refund.

Edinburgh Low Cost Park & Ride - Less than 14 days notice – no refund.
Edinburgh Park and Fly Park & Ride/Meet & Greet - Less than 14 days notice – no refund.

Manchester SkyPark Indoor - Less than 14 days notice – no refund.

All other car parks: Less than 72 hours notice – no refund.

No refunds available for unused parts of stay.
