Whilst everyone likes some time to be spent poolside, there comes a time when you want to do something a little, well, a little more adventurous. If you want some sun bathing and some action, why not hire a hog? Or rather a Harley Davidson motorcycle, known affectionately to aficionados around the world as a Hog.

The five star Kempinski Hotel Bahía Estepona offers by request Harley-Davidson® motorcycle rental for either one day or longer, if desired. Bike available include several of these veritable mechanical Knights of the road, including the V-Rod®, Road King®, Heritage Softail® Classic, Fat Boy® and Softail® Deuce models.
The hotel can provide advise on the best biker routes in the area. A spokesman for the hotel said: “A favourite is to travel the curving, scenic route to Ronda, which is about a 50-minute drive from the hotel, perched on top of a steep hill with amazing panoramic views along the way. Ronda is famous for its bullfights and its romantic past of highway banditry that fascinated Hemingway and Rilke. Visit the oldest bullring in Spain and travel across Ronda’s famous ancient bridge which stretches over a breathtaking canyon.”

Motorcycle helmets are provided. There are some restrictions, of course, You must be at least 25and must possess a motorcycle licence that allows you to drive a large motorcycle. (Please remember Hogs are known as hogs for a reason. They are a beast of a bike and must be treated with respect!)
The cost of hiring a Hog will set you back 185 Euros per day, for two people, with a distance limit of 200km. (Inclusive of VAT, third party insurance, two helmets, sidebags for storage and bike locks. To ensure availability of the bike you want, you would have to book at least two days in advance.
