Route boost for Ryanair
Ryanair has taken the decision to add more new routes from East Midlands and Stansted Airports for this summer. Ryanair will serve Fez in Morocco, Figari in Corsica and Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands from Stansted.
Flights for Fez and Figari are scheduled to commence from May 4. Whilst flights for Fuerteventura start the next day. Fares will start at £31.99 for a one way ticket. This is inclusive of taxes and charges.
East Midlands Airport will see services start to Fuerteventura on May 2 and from Venice Treviso Airport on May 5 onwards. Fares are expected to start from £29.99. Again, this is for a one way journey and is also inclusive of taxes and charges.
Prospective travellers should take note that The above rates apply to bookings until midnight, February 11. Ryanair is expanding other services, too. There will also be flights from Cork, Ireland, Airport to to Alicante, Barcelona (Reus), Bordeaux, Faro, La Rochelle, Lanzarote and Malaga. These are planned for a June start. Luton also figures in these expansion plans. In April Luton will host flights to Bratislava from April. Knock is also not left out. It will boast a service to Barcelona.
