About APH
Established in 1980, APH (Airport Parking and Hotels) is a family owned and run business specialising in providing airport parking and airport hotels to UK travellers. In addition to its own car parks at Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham airports, APH also provides airport parking at all other major UK airports as well as Southampton and Dover Ports.
Today, APH also offers a wide range of airport hotels and lounges as well as other travel extras including travel insurance, car hire, holiday transfers, travel cash and attraction tickets.
Customer Satisfaction
With 32 years' experience in the airport parking business, APH is focused on providing the very highest standards of customer service. As such, every customer who books through the APH website or call centre receives a customer satisfaction survey to allow us to continually monitor satisfaction of our own and other airport parking and hotel products.
As a result, APH has industry-leading customer satisfaction rates with 99% of customers saying that there were satisfied that their booking was easy to make. 97% of customers who booked an APH car park said they were satisfied or very satisfied with the level of service provided, and 97% said they were likely or very likely to book the same APH car park again.
Park Mark® Safer Parking award
APH’s car parks at Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham airports all hold the Park Mark® Safer Parking award. With the aim of reducing crime and ensuring safer parking, Park Mark® is an initiative of the Associations of Chief Police Officers and is awarded to parking facilities that are properly managed and maintained and have met the requirements of a detailed risk assessment. APH works with carefully selected third party car parks, most of which also hold the Park Mark® Safer Parking award.
IAPRA
APH is a member of the Independent Airport Park and Ride Association (IAPRA), which promotes best practice in the provision of airport park-and-ride services, monitoring security and customer service amongst its members.

Accreditations
APH is an accredited retail member of ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe), which ensures members trading online do so in a legal, honest and fair way.
The Environment
APH is a carbon balanced company, and has been working closely with The World Land Trust for over 5 years now. APH has actively worked towards reducing its carbon footprint over this time and has helped to purchase 800 acres of Ecuador rainforest through donations totalling more than £20,000.
