With so many websites and booking agents all seemingly selling the same thing, it is often very difficult to know which one to choose for your airport parking and travel extras. Who can you trust? Where should you look for the best availability and prices, and who should you book with?

APH is committed to providing the very highest standards of service to customers, both at the time of booking and also at our owned and operated car parks at Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham airports.

Between 1st October and 31st December 2013 over 6,600 airport parking customers helped us to monitor our continued levels of service by filling in customer satisfaction surveys, the results of which we are proud to share below:

Booking with APH

Ease of booking
Of the 6,652 customers who responded to our questionnaire, 99% said they were “Very Satisfied” or “Satisfied” that their booking was easy to make – either online on www.aph.com or with our contact centre.

APH Car Parks

Level of service
97% of customers who booked an APH car park said they were "Very Satisfied" or "Satisfied" by the overall level of service provided.

Likelihood to re-book
96% of customers who booked an APH car park said they were "Very likely" or "Likely" to book the same car park again.

All Airport Car Parks

Level of service
Of the customers who booked an airport car park through APH, 94% said they were "Very Satisfied" or "Satisfied" by the overall level of service provided at the car park.

Likelihood to re-book
97% said they were "Very likely" or "Likely" to come back to APH to book the same car park, a different car park or other travel related products in the future.
