the return journey was awful. There was a scrum to get onto the bus and nearly a fight. No organisation or queuing system at the airport. This is dangerous and I am surprised that the airport has not seen fit to remedy this on behalf of Summer Special parking. On return the queue was more orderly but the staff had difficulty in locating keys and ended up tipping them out onto the floor and searching via a lucky dip style.

The only criticism I have was probably of my making. I was handed a card for exiting the carpark and I did not know I was having to dial in a number. I expected to put it in a slot.
I was not near enough to dial from the car. I got out and the barrier came down before I could move the car. Fortunately the driver behind saw my problem and came to help me. If the person who gave me the card had said "here is the number you dial to get out" I am sure I'd have got nearer to the machine. I've been many times before, But my memory is not as good as it might be, so I had forgotten how it was done!

there was confusion on location 'C' at Stansted. the car was at the departures 'C' whilst we made our way to the meet and greet 'C' (Orange zone). The small card I had been given also stated Orange zone, so this would be an easy mistake for people to make. The person I called once I got through customs just stated 'zone C' - perhaps a little more info/clarity would have reduced the chance of this error and saved both us and your staff, time. The info on the card I had should also be reviewed/altered accordingly.

Worst service ever experienced. Bus broke down. No replacement service. Didn't tell us it broke down. Waited an hour. Had to walk to terminal on a busy road with young children no footpaths. On way back barriers broke down and bus couldn't get in. Computers went down and they couldn't find the keys to the car. Queues formed and chaos broke out as people were missing their flights. Don't use this car park. They have no idea what to do when a problem arises.

Everything was good, but we returned at midnight and I asked how we could check the car for damage in the dark . He told me that that was my problem and in any case the car would not be damaged. He then told us that once we left the park and found any damage we could not return and make a claim as it would not be entertained.

We have always had good service and our car has never been damaged however ,

Again how can you check for damage in the dark ( we used as best we could our I Pad.)

You must appreciate that this would be better solved before any incident happens rather than wait until anything occurs.

As a returning customer for the last few years i have had one irritating problem every time i have used the service. The problem is that i have always noticed fresh damaged door edges on both sides of the car which clearly means that the drivers do not pay much care and attention to the car while it is in their possession. Very disappointing.

My only comment on otherwise a very pleasant way of parking my car was finding the meet and greet parking place. There were no instructions on the e mail downloaded from the computer of how to find 'meet and greet' at terminal. 1. After phoning the number on the e mail ,I described where I was and was told by driving another few hundred yards there was a sign with M and G indicating the locality. Prior to that there were no signs showing where you were situated or anything in the documentation downloaded after booking it. Once I had booked in and returned every thing else was great.

When I arrived it took some time to find a space. When I returned on the 12th the bus had broken down and it was considerably longer than 15 minutes for the next one.
Normally I have no problems with APH but on this occaision I was npt impressed

Appalling service by whoever operates the Long Stay parking at STN. Car park is huge and is served by 1 bus every 10-15mins that stops at approx 8-10 bus stops dropping off and picking up. Bus was overloaded and couldn't start, overall experience shocking. Perhaps you can share this feedback with MAG as LHR parking is so much more efficient!

On the way to the airport was fine ..helpful bus driver .On the way back ..we were 1st in the queue to get on...the driver pulled past us and we got pushed and trampled on in the mad rush to get to the bus..there were not enough seats and we feel there should be a clear defined queuing area at the airport to stop this happening. Unfortunaely we were quite distressed and will no be using this service again.
