We have used APH in Manchester many times with no complaints. However the Liverpool experience was pretty bad. We loaded our own luggage, opened and closed our own doors and the driver literally raced from the car park to the airport. Our luggage was bouncing up and down and banging from side to side. As stated before, we then had to unload our bags ourselves and the driver then raced away. It was the same driver on our return. Again we loaded the bags ourselves and when we got to the car park he dashed into the office and left us to get our own bags. Unbelievably rude! Would NOT recommend the liverpool APH.

On arrival at the security park the man on reception could not find my booking and despite producing my computer print out of the booking with APH,he somehow managed to copy the arrival date back at Liverpool down wrongly - he put the arrival date down as the 14th July instead of the 11th.On our return to the 'security park', the only man on duty was going around like a chicken with its head off. He said my car wasn't at the park where I had left it,but at their other site.I was never told that my car would be leaving the park where I had left it - why? He then left us standing in the garage while he went in the minibus to collect a female at the terminal - leaving the gates of the 'security park' wide open and us standing in the garage. He returned a few minutes later and started answering phone calls and then said he was having to go back to the airport with a meet and greet car. When we challenged him about the lack of service and that we had already waited 15 minutes, he said "I'm on my own. It's no good having a go at me.Anyway you signed the form with the wrong arrival date on and that's why your car isn't here." I said that was a mistake by another employee of this company and we have 110 miles to get home so I want my car back now. He then ushered us out of the garage and closed the door. He said we could sit in the minibus (it was raining by this time) and he left in a Lexus car. Again the gates were wide open and when he returned 5 minutes later he informed us that another employee would be here in a "couple of minutes". He then drove off in another meet and greet car. We sat in the minibus for 7 minutes and another man called Tom arrived. He at least was very apologetic and said he would get us to our car. After opening up the garage and getting our car keys he drove us to an industrial estate about a mile away where we were eventually reunited with our car. It was 45 minutes from the time we arrived at the reception desk until we were on the road home. I did not give anyone permission to drive my car off site.The man we met on our return was clearly out of his depth and was rude and dismissive of our predicament. The 'security park' was left wide open for several minutes on 3 occasions while we were there. I would never visit this park again and I shall submit a factual account of our experience on Tripadvisor to warn other potential customers.

We have used APH several times but found it difficult on return to find 0ut where we were supposed to catch the bus back to terminal 4 (and other people were in the same position going to other parks) it was not clearly marked - we were all stood about wondering where to go - we eventually stopped a staff bus - the driver told us we were in the wrong place and he contacted the bus for us all and the buses came along to pick us up. We were all under the impression we were picked up opposite side of road to where we were dropped. when the busses arrived they were all empty so everyone had been under the same impression when following the directions from arrivals. We will however still use APH as everything else was excelleent.

On departure rang 10 mins before arrival as per process, we were parked up for 10 minutes looking for the guy, no uniform or identification. On return again we were there 10 minutes before car turned up. It had been raining but was not at the time of pick up, otherwise I would have been even more annoyed.

The chap also couldn't find my keys and I had to spot them myself hanging on the keyboard on the back wall as they had been placed on the wrong peg. Transfer process was timely though.

On arrival with a 16mnth old baby, I didn't expect a 1hr and 10minute wait to the point where we had to call a taxi.
There were loads of people waiting for a transfer to the airport, even trying to check there keys in with I guy that seemed stressed out of his eye balls, I guess I was expecting when the car park is advertised as a 10 minute transfer add maybe an extra 10 minutes to check your keys in
We basically nearly missed our flight to point where we were told he didn't think we would make it to the gate as every 1 else had already boarded. You can imagine the stress and anger at this point at the start of our holiday rushing through an airport with a baby trying to make our flight.
The taxi was £19 which I didn't expect to pay on the basis transfers are included at Paige
Was very dissatisfied with this service we received and was Extremely disappointed
Maybe other customer should be made aware on arrival if the transfer time is over an hour

I have used APH at Manchester several times and have been more than happy with their service. However, flying from Luton, we used Paige parking (through APH) and they were dreadful. The park is gravel and full of potholes, as we arrived after rain the passenger area was full of muddy pools. The toilets were unpleasant and dirty. When we arrived back we were kept waiting over 40 minutes to be collected (despite 3 phone calls asking when they were coming). As the journey was only 14 minutes it was obvious that they were waiting for enough passengers to fill the tatty minibus rather than provide a customer service. The car had been parked up against a chain restraining fence which had caused some (luckily minor) scuffing to bodywork. Use Paige parking at your peril.

Fine but this is first time we have used T1, and on exit we found bus stop A& B but not E, however once several large coaches moved on E was clearly visible to our left. Suggest a request for additional signs.

I have used APH for many years,but I will use other suppliers after this last time. I have always phoned, as requested, on arrival at the baggage collection point, this time, using a mobile, it just rang out. Whilst stood at the carousel awaiting my cases, I pressed last number recall, again no answer. When i got my cases I again did a last number recall on my mobile, again no answer, I tried again on my way to the pick-up point, again no answer. When we reached the pick-up point I again did a last number recall, this time The call was answered. I asked why the phone wasn't answered previously, only to be told very aggressively that everyone else had got through. When we got to APH the attitude of the staff was 'so what it doesn't matter' BUT IT DID TO ME. It might be worthwhile to test your phone system,,, or was your staff considering that it dosen't matter. We had flight delays, and suit case damage, what I don't need is an aggressive, insulting, who cares from your staff. I will try Airpark, or any other supplier in future.
