Return transfer time was far too long. Had to wait until the minibus was full, even although there was another minibus behind. This whole process took around 35-40 minutes to pick my car up. No matter the cost saving, it just did not work for me.

We have used APH for years, but I have to say that the last experience was not a very good one, and may well deter me from using them again. The staff are nowhere near as friendly as they used to be, and the driver on the outbound journey was particularly rude and unhelpful to everyone on board. He did not help anyone with their luggage and was very rude to an Asian gentleman who had never used the service before and was unsure if he was on the correct bus.
The waiting time at arrivals now seems longer than it used to be and just adds to the total journey time, so next time away I may seek an alternative. Having seen additional questions perhaps I should have contacted APH customer services.

On arrival back in UK at 11.00 pm after a long day travelling my partner and I were first in the queue at return bus stop along with another lady travelling alone. After 20 mins the minibus and trailer arrived and instead of stopping at the bus stop shelter the stupid driver drove another 20 metres on and stopped at the back of the queue!
Of course everyone at the back of the queue crowded round the trailer and he loaded them all on first.
He went to count how many on and came back saying it was full and another bus was on its way.
I said we were first in the queue and he just shrugged his shoulders and said wait for the next one!!!
Bloody disgusting attitude!!!
I have been using this car park for 5 years now but won't be using it again!

I found the staff on registration abrupt and not much help and expected me to know what they required to register my vehicle.
On my return there were 9 miles additional on my oddometer and as far as i could see my car should only have moved about 150 yards maximum.
The transfer drivers were better than expected and a good representative of the company.

It should be explained, when booking, the actual location of car park so you can assess the best place to suit the terminal you are departing from. I did not like the requirement to phone on arrival for pick up. This is not the most convenient time to be making phone calls.

transfer bus was waiting to take us to the airport just a few minutes away....driver was friendly and helpful
only negative is that there is no sign as to where to get the transfer bus when you get back
will still use this car park again as good value in comparison to other car parks

On both recent uses I have had difficulty at exit. First I was told I should have pressed some button on entry & second I got a token, put it in & got a request for payment so, again, had to "press the button" and ask for help. On neither occasion did a queue form behind me but I was both concerned & confused that I could easily get in but couldn't seem to get out.
Help with booking, directions, arrival, parking spaces are all excellent; I just want to be sure I can get out "unaided".
