The actual journey in the bus was uncomfortable on the way back as we had to stand due to lack of seats. Since the buses have been changed luggage is carried inside which has reduced the number of available seats.
After a long flight the last thing you want is to stand or wait for another bus to arrive

This has not been a good experience. The car park was difficult to find, even though I was so close. It advertises free transfer. They wanted £2, which I did not have and was in a hurry, so it was easier walking. When arriving back it was all shut, no one answered the bell, the sign said ring bell when door is shut. My car was parked in the road, not safe as was suggested. The drivers chair was horizontal, no idea why they needed to do that. You can't drive the car. Lights setting had been changed so I drove with no lights for a while.

We were happy for the most, however when we arrived back we were waiting for nearly half an hour for a bus to take us back to the carpark. As we had arrived at 1am in the morning, we felt this was a long time to wait, and there were a lot of people waiting. When we booked we were told buses ran every 15 minutes, (which it did do on the way to the airport).

Fantastic service, never used before but will definitely use again. Friendly welcoming staff were waiting for us on arrival despite it being 03.30am. A simple phone call when arriving back meant the car arrived shortly after we did at the collection point, with another friendly member of staff who advised us of possible delays on the M25 for our journey home. We have used APH before but not the Meet and Greet service. Cannot recommend either service enough.
