This was the last chance for this car park as my last two visits had not been good with delays to bus arrival times resulting in extreme congestion - no response received to complaint either. However it seems that Secure Air Parks have now got their act together. Minimal delay on return and bus arrived as we reached the stop on departure. Driver very friendly and helpful. Arrival and departure very slick with numberplate recognition etc.
We'll be back.

leaves on car. Nice thought but it would have been good if office had informed us to save us ringing as well as one of your drivers on site. Could cars to be returned be checked half an hour before expected delivery time? If a delay is unavoidable office should ring client.
