Have used APH on many occasions now and generally the service is good. The Transfer Buses were very overcrowded on this occasion unfortunately which created difficulties and I got a bit trampled on and it was a problem getting luggage on/off. Some times the exit ticket hasn't worked but the staff have always been good in sorting it. However it worked fine this time. Booking staff and Car Park Staff and Bus Drivers all fine.

The only problem my wife and I experienced was when we arrived at Gatwick North terminal. The bus dropped us off at bus stop N0. 8. This is further away from the departure entrance than it used to be. I require Assistance at the Airport, and it was a long walk for both me and my wife, who was pushing the trolley with our cases on. Has the drop off point moved ? If so this is not mentioned when booking this particular "Service". Fortunately when we returned, I was pushed to the bus stop by the Airport Assistance person, which made such a difference.
But apart from this one matter, the Service by APH is second to none, the reason we still return to you every time we need car parking.
