About our Ratings

APH ratings are based on actual customer feedback. Once you make an airport parking booking with APH and return home from your holiday, we will email you a short email survey asking about your experience.

Our rating system is based on the answers you give, and the results shown give you an independent view of the car parks on offer, allowing you to make a more informed decision as to which car park is best for you. These results are designed to give you extra information which you can use to compare the car parks on offer and choose the car park or parking service which best suits you and your needs.

We have four main measurements to help you in your choice of car park;

If customers rate the car park with a positive response (i.e. they are satisfied or very satisfied), we'll award points, if customers provide a negative response, we'll take points away. It's as simple as that! We then collate the results by the four categories listed above and award a final score out of 10 (ranging from 0 - 10). We also include a selected number of customer comments, so you can see what people liked most about the car park or parking service.

Some car parks may not have a score, this is because we have received less than 10 responses, as soon as we have received more than 10 responses we'll add the scores to the car park information.

And finally, all responses are confidential and not attributed to individuals, so please be as honest as possible if you receive a survey to complete at some point in the future!
