"The Hotel part of my booking was very good except there was a huge que when it came to checking in. The problem was with the hotels policy of having to drive to the Midstay car park to park my own car and then having to travel back to the hotel. This was very time consuming and if you forgot something in your car or wished to put something in your car the next morning before flying out, it was a long walk there and back to the car park."

"i dont have dcomments about the hotel but about the informatioin supplied by APH on the booking confirmation. Totally incorrect. It is not £2.00 return as stated but each way. Far more annoying was the pick up information at STN. You stated bus stops 4-7 but it is in fact bus stop 30!! About as far from 4-7 as you can get and we had to run, with luggage to grab the bus before it left. Luckily we saw it drive past od we would have been waiting the in ignorance. Basic information and not correct. Very disappointing."

"The only small complaint I had was I asked at reception for milk in the room to make a tea/coffee. Reception didn't have any and said they would send some to my room. It never arrived. When checking out at 4am I couldn't have a coffee in my room but there was some in reception but I was told I couldn't have a coffee as it was for Pink Elephant Parking so I had to wait until I checked in at airport before I could have my 1st coffee"

"My only concern was that when booking I raised the concern that we were arriving around midnight and was concerned that the transfer the hotel would not run overnight, but wa assured that it was 24hr service, however on our return the notice at the bus stop stated that the service stopped at 1.00am and any taxi costs outside of these hours could not be re-imbersed, thankfully we arrived before the last bus and therefore this problem did not arise, but could you please check any recorded messages as I can assure you I was assured the service was 24hrs."
