Reception staff were very friendly; however, this was let down by the rude and disrespectful management. On checking into our room, it was evident it hadn't been properly cleaned (the toilet hadn't even been flushed, nevermind cleaned). We told the receptionist about this who was being more than kind, only for management to make it a bigger issue than it was. We was then moved to another room which still had a towel against the bottom of the door (I assume this was so the smell of smoke wouldn't leave the room as it stunk of cigarettes). Wouldn't visit this hotel again; it's not even cheap for the area it's in.

Don't open the restaurant early enough. Had to go out to eat.
