"When we arrived at Stanstead airport all the car parks were signposted ie Red Orange Green but for some strange reason the Blue car park wasn't also when the man collecting the car shown up all he seemed to be interested in was "hurry up there's a fine if we take more than 3 mins"

"Our 06:00 appointment was extremely crowded with, if we had not be advised by the Meet and Greet Rep to arrive earlier than scheduled, a risk of major delays getting through the Express Drop off Area and facing a £50 fine if longer than 15 mins. Situation handled very well by the service."

"Would be good to know in advance that early arrival could create a problem. (we had left plenty of time in case of traffic problems but there were none). They dealt with it well but it was a bit worrying thinking we might have to wait some time for our M&G person to arrive - in the event our waiting time was quite reasonable."

"very unorganised on drop off we had to wait in a side turning for 15 mins for someone to get to the terminal to meet us then we we got back we waited 45 mins for our car at the pick up point because the rep said that there was another person on the same flight with a car to collect surley they should have more than one driver ?"
