"ON MY RETURN TO THE HOTEL WE WERE NOT GIVEN ANY GUIDANCE AS TO HOW TO RETREIVE OUR CAR FROM THE CAR PARK,NO GREETING BY RECEPTIONIST JUST HANDED A PIECE OF PAPER WITH AN EXIT CODE ON IT, SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS."

"we have used several hotels over the years when we have gone to manchester and i think this hotel has a lovely friendly atmosphere the reception welcome was very friendly and not stiff and starchy like some of the hotels we have used we would definately use this hotel again and we would recomend it to others"
