"Efficient, courteous and cost effective. Hotel plus car parking deals have become the norm for us."
Dr Deeth, Warwickshire, 12 Dec 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

Miss Mobley, West Yorkshire, 2 Dec 2013

Mr Allen, South Yorkshire, 30 Nov 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"A great hotel in a very convenient location to the airport, excellent value for money package"
Mr Gray, Cleveland, 27 Nov 2013

Britannia Country House Hotel

"We have used this hotel privately as it is very good value for money and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bus service from just outside the hotel which takes you into manchester Piccadilly. Very frequent service. The hotel Leisure Centre is a great place to unwind after a busy day or before going on a flight."
Mrs Ratcliffe, Lancashire, 24 Nov 2013

Bewley's Hotel

"Hotel stated children eat free in large letters. We arrived at 7.30pm for an evening meal with 3adults and 3 children when we ask about the free meals we were told it was only up to 7pm. I am sure that this is written in the small print some where but the Hotels claim to free children meals is very misleading."
Mr Wilson, Lincolnshire, 28 Oct 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"It was very hard to explain to the booking agent that Premier have 2 hotels on one site at Manchester Airport. The local drivers(APH) know this. There was no appreciation shown when I contacted your main office again to clarify this for their future knowledge!"
Mr K Lindley, South Yorkshire, 22 Oct 2013

Bewley's Hotel

"As usual all the staff are very friendly, efficient and Polite"
Mr Smith, West Yorkshire, 22 Oct 2013

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"HOTEL DIFFICULT TO FIND MAINLY DUE TO ROADWORKS THE DIRECTIONS NEED REVAMPING"
Mr Cooke, 17 Oct 2013

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"When we checked in, the hotel receptionist spent 5 minutes telling us we should have booked direct with the hotel and not used APH. This spoiled our stay as we were made to feel second class customers for not booking direct."
Mr Wilson, West Yorkshire, 11 Oct 2013

Britannia Stockport Hotel

"as it was for a return journey into manchester and was not on site i was half way home ..i thought a little too far from airport would have prefered on site"
Mrs Lake, Derbyshire, 9 Oct 2013

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"It would have been a far better experience had the person returning my car to the hotel car park had not changed the light settings from automatic to parking thereby flattening the battery. The person at the hotel was very efficient in jump starting my car but the necessity for this should not have occurred."
Mr Collinge, Cumbria, 26 Sep 2013

Hilton Manchester Airport

"I had a lovely room with all the facilities I enjoy. Dining room and food very good, service a little slow, but it was busy. This is the second time I've stayed at the Hilton and I would definately go there again."
Mrs Birkett, Cumbria, 26 Sep 2013

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"The car parking was easy, however the car was removed from original space and parked under a tree where as elephant bird deposited massive amounts of excrement upon my vehicle. In future I would use the hotel again but would park at APH and transfer from there."
Mrs Hester, Powys, 25 Sep 2013

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"Drinks and food expensive"
Mr Jones, Merseyside, 17 Sep 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"The receptionist at the Premier Inn was initially unhelpful about the parking situation. We had never done Meet and Greet before so needed help to facilitate it. Her colleague was much more personable."
Mrs Butler, Worcestershire, 13 Sep 2013

Hilton Manchester Airport

"Totally satisfactory in every way, value for money, unlike the Britannia that we booked at Newcastle airport in July. That was not good."
Mr Ryan, Cleveland, 10 Sep 2013

Mystery 4* Hotel

"Hotel moved our car while we were away, they must have left the doors and boot open for a length of time as the inside of the car and boot were covered in whatever the tree under which is was parked was shedding. I see no reason for the staff member to have required access to the boot as valuable items were stored in there."
Mrs Askins, Cumbria, 5 Sep 2013

Bewley's Hotel

"When we arrived at Bewleys on 29 July 2013, they did not have our reservation which was made through APH in conjunction with our car parking. However the reception staff sorted things out for us very quickly and a room was provided."
Mr Fenton, South Yorkshire, 1 Sep 2013

"It would have been nice to know that the hotel was having some alterations done."
Mr Yates, Staffordshire, 18 Jun 2013

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"The Hotel had the right to park the car off site and, presumably did so since the heating controls and the radio settings were altered. The volume setting on the radio was so high (more than twice usual) it gave the impression that the car had been used by a teenager to go home in!!"
Mr Holt, County Durham, 12 Jun 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"I do not not think you should have to pay for taxi to airport"
Mrs Jackson, Cleveland, 11 Jun 2013

Best Western Cresta Court

"No problems .Went like clockworks"
Mr Howells, South Yorkshire, 10 Jun 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"The room was satisfactory and as expected. The management. entrance to the hotel, reception, foyer/lounge/bar, some food and some staff were as poor as I have witnessed in a long time. I am taking this up with Premier Inns direct. Not in the same league as the one at Heathrow, Bath Road. This hotel does no credit to the otherwise excellent service provided by APH."
Mr Woodward, North Yorkshire, 8 Jun 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"Premier Inn can always be relied upon for value and service. We feel that APH deserves the same accolade."
Mrs Leak, North Humberside, 1 Jun 2013

Hilton Manchester Airport

"The booking was for 3 adults in 2no. rooms, upon arrival they had no record of the booking and due to the hotel being full 3 ad ultra had to share a family room. No refund was offered therefore £154.80 was paid for a family room and 4 days parking. Confirmation reference TPGQH."
Miss Taylor, Lancashire, 28 May 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"Hotel is now looking very tired, e.g. furniture in the bar is badly worn with filling exposed in some cases. The window in our room would not close properly making the room noisy as it overlooked the M56."
Mr Dunn, Gwynedd, 27 May 2013

Britannia Stockport Hotel

"Needs complete update"
Dr Simpson, Cleveland, 26 May 2013

Britannia Airport Hotel

"Tatty - needs decorating and a good clean"
Mr Thomas, Powys, 23 May 2013

Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport

"My car was a long way from reception, over difficult ground and they did not offer to help me with my luggage. Your service at the APH site is much better."
Mr Needham, Worcestershire, 21 May 2013

Holiday Inn Manchester Airport

"The checking in at the hotel was laborious & confusing. The transfer was 10 mins late both ways. Would not use again"
Ms James, South Yorkshire, 20 May 2013

Hilton Manchester Airport

"Overall very happy with the service apart from being woken up at 11pm then again at 3.30am from the ajoining room, then if that wasn't enough our room phone rang at 3.45am to ask 'if we were up yet' yet again from the ajoining room next door, NOT IMPRESSED. I know this wasn't the hotels fault and that was the reason we didn't report it to reception the next morning."
Mr Harper, North Humberside, 18 May 2013

Britannia Airport Hotel

"The room decor was tired - needed freshening up, the breakfast was poor in that the food was largely cold!"
Mr Dickinson, Leeds, 15 May 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)

"the room was noisy due to being close to motorway"
Miss Deane, South Wirral, 15 May 2013

Holiday Inn Manchester Airport

"A lot of cabs/minibuses came to the airport with only a couple of passengers picked up and we had to wait a while for ours in the cold/rain, when if organised a bit better, we could have shared another bus."
Mrs Gwinnearth, West Midlands, 14 May 2013

Premier Inn Manchester Airport (Runger Lane North)
