"The hotel staff failed to book a taxi for our early morning transfer to the airport (also for other customers also). The cost of the taxi was more than advertised on the APH website. The cost of the return taxi from the airport to the hotel was excessive."

"I was surprised to have to pay for a taxi from the airport back to the hotel this afternoon, although it was only £2.50 there did not appear to be a mention of this charge in either you information or Express Holiday Inn paperwork."
