"I thought the overnight parking was included (information did seem a bit misleading and the Receptionist said this too. The Reception was very helpful and said he would waiver our parking. The room was very nice and comfortable but there was constant noise of what sounded like high heels walking around over head. This went on for most of the evening although the TV helped to disguise it a bit. Went on to at least 11.00+ pm and although slept (but had an early start ie.6 45 am( some other noise above started in the early hours. I discovered the next morning we were underneath the Club lounge! I was looking forward to winding down a bit with the overnight but it didn't help having this constant noise."

"Dear Sir, Avrille at the Renaissance was absolutely wonderful. We turned up at 22.00hrs on Monday 4th July, to realise that the hotel had been booked for Sunday 3rd and we were no show and the hotel was full. We had to go to the Radisson down the road and fork out another £152 for the night, although our car remained at the Renaissance. The date the 3rd was on the docket, but it just did not click, and I had checked. I was so sure that I had explained we were flying out on the 5th, so between us, APH and my self have made a huge mistake. Luckily we got another place to sleep for a few hours. I don't know how it happened, and it was obviously not entirely your guys fault, but how the date slipped back a day, I just don't understand."
