"Signage to Hotel from motorways is awhwards as there are signs advising of congestion charges and low emmisions, cannot tell whether we mistakenly travelled through these areas."

"We only booked with you on the Tuesday and they had no record of our booking when we arrived on the Friday. It wasn't a problem as we were parking first and staying at the end of our holiday but it was a bit embarassing."
