It was only the fact that I had printed my confirmation and taken it with me I was able to eventually get a room. Not a good start to your holiday unfortunately."

"Initially we found the room allocated to be satisfactory for the price we paid. After an evening meal we returned to the room and settled down to sleep. It was at this point that we noticed that a noise was most prominent and on investigating found that it was the air conditioning unit outside our window. We contacted reception and requested a change of room and this was made available without questions. 10/10 for reception staff and how the situation was handled."
