Very well organised. Good to have their own shuttle bus saves on taxis if very early start (as with some hotels). Would stay there again. One criticism the directions by APH missed out one roundabout, luckily we knew the way so no problem but for new time guests it would be a problem. Overall excellent.

I didn't approve of the reception telling off the driver for picking up people that didn't ring in when he had a full van of eight people
as he was driving along the road. I remarked on this when we got back to the hotel I was told it is none off my business , which I thought was very rude of the receptionist to speak to me like that, as he was really shouting at the driver in front of everyone.

Other than that the room and the meal was excellent.

The rooms in this hotel are the cleanest you will find anywhere in the world..
Simple maintenance improvements would show a more professional approachand save the hotel money .

e.g. All fine in Annex building... plug missing from sink in room in old building .. this wastes hot water and is not convenient for guests. ..... some paintwork o stairs needs touching up..

Overall a very good hotel ...good food well cooked and served hot .. well done

There is no lift in this hotel. This meant that we had to manhandle 2 cases weighing approx combined 42kg plus hand luggage up a flight of stairs from reception and then through 2 doors and down 2 flights of stairs to reach our room. There was nobody on hand to assist when we arrived.
The parking arrangement was completely haphazard with one space available and a very tight space at that.
Had we known there was no lift we would not have booked this hotel.
We had dinner in the restaurant but had to wait approximately 45 minutes beyond the time we had booked our table. The food served was of a good standard as was the service.
The transfer service to the airport was very good.

Low comments are made on the receptionist you said we could not have a transfer to the hotel at 4am as they already had 8 people. I had rung the day before and they said that they didnt do advance bookings but it would be fine. We had to go for 4 30 instead only to find there were more than 8 people so they had ordered us a taxi. Why couldn't the reception do that for 4am?

On arrival the receptionist informed us that as their booking system was down, they had to relocate us to another hotel. We could not park at the other hotel and had to resort to changing our clothes in the toilets so that we had the minimum amount of luggage that was to be left at reception in the other hotel.
