"We had issues relating to mini bus transfer to the airport being full at required time, availability of complimentary breakfast, and return transfer was not ready on our return. These issues were discussed with Emma at APH at 7.45pm on 21 July 2011."

"Their airport transfer policy wasn't very clear. We missed the outward transfer by 5 minutes so had to walk and there was no dedicated telephone line to ring on return so we ended up walking again. Just as well it was only an 10 minute walk"
