"Booking was for Hilton Metropole B'ham NEC but they were overbooked and transferred us to the Novotel at the airport instead. As it happens this was perfect as we had a 0625 hrs flight next day so were very happy!"

"we ended up with a disabled room with no alternative. shower only sub standard, no bath, toilet did not flush properly rest of the room ok"

"very disappointed that it did not state at time of booking that the parking was away from the hotel. did not use the parking provided in the cost and paid extra to keep the car at the hotel for out stay"

"Beautiful well equipped hotel but much more suited to the all-expenses-paid business person than a regular joe traveller. Once there, no chance of eating anywhere other than the hotel as it's on the NEC complex, and with a simple pizza at £10.50 and burger and chips £11.50 the food cost more than the parking!"

"Hotel is good but the APH website is misleading and unclear, it should be made very clear that where APH parking is not on site the distance to travel from the hotel to park and time allowed for the shuttle to transport to airport"

"Long way to drive from hotel to APH parking (Hams Hall) at 0430 in the morning through icy road conditions. Why do you not still use Novotel Hotel which is only 50 yards from the terminal which I can walk and allow me to drop off my car at Hams Hall the previous night? You offered this service a few years ago and was excellent?"
