"Leaving the car park was a bit farcical. Entered ticket into machine and they tried to charge me again even though i had prepaid. Went into the customer service area and no-one was there for the five minutes i waited. Tried again at the machine and finally got help, not really good service but everything else was fine."

"Supposed 24hrs according to website, but no bus running when we arrived. we had to walk with our cases to the terminal building.No evidence of bus on our return - we walked AGAIN.on leaving the car park the machine said payment was dueand the barrier would not open. had to use help phone"
