There is now less than a week left to vote in this year’s British Travel Awards with 2012 voting closing on Sunday 30th September. APH is already proud to be two-times winners of the prestigious Best Airport Parking Company award for both 2011 and 2010 – and we’re hoping to make it a third this year!
The British Travel Awards is the largest independent consumer voted travel awards – which is why it’s so important to us. As well as Airport Parking, customers get a chance to vote on every aspect of their holiday in over 75 categories – flights, accommodation, tour operator, car hire and foreign exchange to name just a few. The Awards themselves are audited by Deloitte LLP, a leading travel industry accountancy company, to ensure all votes are fair and above board, before the winners are announced on 1st November 2012.
Customer experience is a very important part of APH’s business. In fact, every customer who books through APH will receive a customer satisfaction survey to allow them to rate their parking experience. It’s this feedback that we use to ensure we’re always improving on our service delivery – whether it’s at the point of booking or at the car park itself. And hopefully it’s this attention to detail that will prompt our customers to vote APH Best Airport Parking Company again in 2012.
