It’s that time of year again, awards season; and last week we found ourselves nervously awaiting the results of a summer of voting, for the all-important British Travel Awards…
Well the results are in, and we can’t stop smiling here at APH, as we’ve once again scooped the Best Airport Parking Company at the BTAs!
We want to say a huge thank you to all our loyal customers for voting for us. We’re proud winners of this award for five years in a row now, having won it every year since 2010; being British Travel Award winners means so much to us, because they’re the only travel industry awards voted for by you, our lovely customers.
It’s our customer service team – the bus drivers, receptionists, Meet & Greet drivers and call centre staff that have won this award for us; they’re the ones checking you in when you arrive, getting you on your way to the terminal and reuniting you with your car at the end of your trip, so we’re super chuffed that this hard work has been recognised by you all.
We put customer service at the heart of everything we do; you won’t find automated check-ins at our car parks, we think a friendly face waiting to greet you and see you on your way helps make sure your holiday gets off to the best possible start.
APH have car parks at Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham, but we also act as a booking agent for parking at airports up and down the country, so no matter where you’re flying from we have your airport parking covered.
