We’ve been surveying our customers’ experience of our car parks and the other airport car parks we sell for years. It’s the only way we can be sure we’re doing things right and to find out where we can improve things. We also use the information to help new customers make decisions on which car park, hotel or meet & greet parking service to use – so when you see the star ratings and marks out of 10 for each of the products on our website it’s actual customer feedback we’ve used. We love making our customers happy!
